I bumped into this on a friend's wall. She is my "ommm". She lends me peace when I feel a tempest brewing. I do not believe we have ever had a conversation about the weather. We can't do anything that isn't deep. So, I am not surprised I found this video short on her wall. What I did find surprising is that it came from Jim Carrey. He seems sad. So often. And yet, this man knows what most of us need to be told, over and over. He does indeed know the secrets to happiness.
Maybe he is sad because he is like us. It's difficult to SEE the world and not be affected in a sad way, at first. The really cool peeps, however, are the ones that are able to push through that sadness and take it to that next level, where they realize how awesome they are -- so awesome they can affect change. That they can answer this calling we all feel inside of us, but most of the time are too afraid to answer.

Something tells me Jim is just like us. Always human. Always searching and trying. Always amazing.
